Emily gave a wonderful massage! I am a physical therapist so I know plenty about hands-on body work and I can confidently say she is very good at what she does. Her technique was so soothing - I requested moderate pressure and she was able to adjust for that really well, though I could tell she can do much deeper pressure if requested as well. Her space is also very relaxing - the aesthetics are on point for a very calming atmosphere. Highly recommend you work with Emily if you're looking for a massage focused on calming the nervous system as well!

Emily is awesome! I had my first appointment with her yesterday. I’ve been getting regular massages for a decade, and I take who I see pretty seriously because I see massage as a requirement for my health. It was an amazing appointment, and I left feeling SO much better. She has a way of making you settle in and has some very nice touches throughout the appointment. The only thing I didn’t like is I wish I had booked a longer appointment!:)
