Polished Day Spa Clermont

BEWARE!! I got my eyebrows done here yesterday and they took my skin off!! I went back immediately because after I started driving I noticed my eyebrows started to burn badly and my skin was starting to get red. I didn’t realize at this point I had missing skin. The salon put Vaseline over it but did not offer a refund. I went to the urgent care and the doctor told me said caused a skin abrasion!! I now have to use prescription ointment to prevent an infection and help my skin grow back. I went back today (the following day) to get a refund. I didn’t get the tip back only $12 of $17. I’m so upset I have to walk around like this and have to deal with the pain of it! Do not go here for your eyebrows!!

I just had a pedicure done on Thursday and I told the nail tech that I had a hang nail on my right big toe that needs to be cut out and all my nails to be trimmed back. Well Friday and Saturday my big toe is RED and swollen and I am trying to soak it in Epsom salt now. She also did a wham bam job. So if I cannot get the swelling and redness down will have to go to my podiatrist next week to pay to have this taken care of. I will never go here again I should have stuck to my regular tech at Friends Nail salon now called Epic, Lyndsey is fantastic there and she knows how to take care of this which I have never had any issues before.

I am disappointed. They are usually good. Unfortunately yesterday my technician cut too much of the side of my nail (on my big toe)... I've since had to soak the brand new pedicure to bring down the swelling. Now the nail is not so shiny. Goodbye $55.

My husband and I went, both pedicures and I had a nail color change. He was super fast and professional, I am unsure of his name, but highly recommend! They are clean and very nice!

My girlfriend and I came in together for pedicures, and unfortunately our experiences were very different. I had Mrs. Mary, and my pedicure was excellent. She was gentle, thorough, and took her time. The service lasted about 30 minutes, felt relaxing, and was exactly what I was hoping for. I left very happy with my pedicure. My girlfriend, however, had Tommy, and her experience was the complete opposite. The service was very fast and aggressive, lasting barely 10 minutes. It felt rushed and uncomfortable, and she did not receive the lavender salt scrub that was advertised in the service booklet, which was disappointing. Because of the big difference in service quality and time, this visit was hit or miss for us. I would absolutely recommend Mrs. Mary, but based on our experience, we wou
