Polish’d Nail Bar

This was my second time trying this nail salon. Both times I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic nails. I have liked my pedicure both times but for the nails I have been extremely disappointed. The nails are thick and bulky. This time I asked for a design and they very confidently said they could do it. The design was not done well. I had to ask her if it would be possible to do it differently so it would look a little better. After that I got an attitude from the stylist. after my nails finished curing under the light, I had to ask her to clean up the rough edges on the sides again. Finally I decided to just pay and leave because there was no way to make that better. Overall very disappointed and won’t be returning. My grandmother and I went here to get our nails done today and absolutely LOVED IT!! We did not have an appointment, which we know to get for next time, but they took us immediately! The people were so nice to us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back!

The people were very nice! It took a long time for them to do my nails and the shapes of the nails were not very well done. The nails were all supposed to be the same color but they were very different, but the nails overall were not bad.

I received a gel manicure today and the nail tech at the bar seemed to be more concerned with being quick than offering a quality service. I’ve never had a gel manicure take 30 min (including nail removal) in the countless years I’ve had gel. I’m dissatisfied with the end result.

What a FANTASTIC experience!!!!! Every thing is scrupulously clean and sanitized!!!!!! They work hard to make you feel pampered and safe at the same time!!!!! Always the latest new colors from OPI, like the BEAUTIFUL 7th and Flower Holly helped me pick out. John did an AMAZING job on my nails!!!!! Can’t wait to go back and see them again!!!!!
