Polish Nails

I have had nothing but awesome results here. The woman that does my nails is very experienced and knowledgeable. She takes her time and is very considerate of the way she handles my nails. I am extremely grateful for her dedication and time. Thank you.

Kim is the best in town and her mom is the best to. She's been doing me and my moms nails for the past 11 years. And would never go to anyone else. She like part of the family. Need any thing done she the go to person.

I'm new to the Lake Charles area. I've gone to Polish Nails twice. Both times I was turned away. I've only seen1 lady each time I've gone in. She tells me come back in 1 hour or hour in a half. When asked if she takes appts she said no. If I can't make an appt and you turn your walk-ins away. How will I ever get serviced? Will not go back there again.

Such a wonderful place! I got a pedicure here today and it was so nice. The lady that did it was very gentle and fast but spent plenty of time on me. I will definitely be making this my regular spot.

I walked in today at 1148 am and said I wanted a refill the lady stated we don’t have time bc she has to pedicures coming the absolute worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!
