Polish Nails & Concierge

I had my first appointment with Tondelia and I was immensely pleased. Her nail salon is super clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I was pleased with my nail color (that was a custom blend) We talked like old friends. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will be back. Donna Coleman

My pedicure was great. As soon as I walked in the door I was amazed at the tranquility and calming effect of the space. I went to Polish Nail and Concierge and at the time I did not have a lot of experiences at nail salons but I can tell you the professionalism, attentiveness and education that Tondelia shared with me that day changed the way I care about my own feet as a man. I thought all nail salon were the same until my experience at Polish Nails and Concierge. I had such a great experience that now I take my daughter when she is in town. And she loves it there too!

Tondelia offers VIP service, GREAT energy and she is a gifted free hand nail artist. I've been to several so called luxury nail salons which do not remotely compare!!!

The owner, Tondelia, was very argumentative and told me she "don't do refunds" even though her website nor her stated that. I canceled my membership, and her claws came out! She illegally withheld my money from me. I WOULDN'T DO BUSINESS HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND OTHERS TO DO BUSINESS HERE EITHER I highly recommend that the owner take a customer relations and conflict resolution course ASAP! Again, Tondelia is argumentative, unprofessional, controlling, and rude!!! The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the service is mediocre. My polish has come off within days of receiving service; both gel and regular polish. I shouldn't have been charged in the first place because I canceled the subscription a month ago. I have been going to Polish for 6+ years for mani, pedi, wax, and facials and would never consider going back to a traditional nail salon. Polish truly offers concierge services, focuses on healthy nail care, and caters to each clients’ needs in a luxury, spa-like environment. The salon is always clean, quiet, and relaxing. Tondelia is also a kind and considerate business owner with great customer service.
