Polish Nails And Wax

I got my nails done here last week for my birthday and let’s just say my birthday nails were ruined due to a very poor job! My nails looked like I had did them myself at home and had no idea what I was doing. The polish was see through, my previous red polish was not fully taken off, polish was all around my fingernail and the service itself was not great at all! After reading some of the other reviews, this seems to be a common thing. I would suggest taking your money elsewhere!

Everything amazing. Every time I come here the customer service is just amazing and the service is wonderful. My nails are always so pretty and I get so many compliments when I go out. They always do such a great job and they really care about you and what you like. I highly recommend this place. I would give 10 stars if I could :)

Lynn painted my nails to absolute perfection! I needed to change my polish from another salon (they did a great job at my usual place, but I actually picked a weird color). Polish Nails and Wax at the Crabtree Mall does a great job if you need your nails done in a pinch!

I got my nails done at 6:41 PM Sunday, July 13 after my husband and I finished having dinner at the hibachi place right across the way in the mall. It was our last day in North Carolina and I wanted to get my nails done. This is how my nails looked three hours later and by that time the salon was closed. Since we left first thing Monday morning as soon as I got home, I called and asked for the manager and the person who answered, Bobby, said he was the manager. I called and explained what happened, but he was dismissive all around. Bobby also stated that their work is not guaranteed unless it’s gel polish.
