Worst salon experience of my life. Honestly traumatic. I went in and told the stylist from the start that I have a very sensitive scalp and that I’m extremely tender-headed. She completely ignored that. She began combing my hair while it still had gel in my curls, which was unbelievably painful. I kept telling her to be gentler and that it hurt, but she continued being extremely rough the entire time. When she dyed my hair, she was just as aggressive. No care, no patience, no concern for my comfort. Then she washed my hair using cold water and put me under a dryer blowing cold air, which was already uncomfortable. After that, she brushed my hair aggressively again and started blow drying it so close and so hot that it burned my hair and actually burned the skin on the back of my neck. T

I was extremely disappointed with this salon. I drove almost an hour based on a price I was quoted over the phone, only to walk in and be met with attitude and complete unprofessionalism. When I arrived, the stylist was asleep, with her stomach hanging out of her clothes and her hair completely unkept—yet somehow felt comfortable judging me and my hair. I was told the silk press special was “not for my hair type,” something that was never mentioned on the phone. Right after that, the price I was quoted was more than doubled, clearly to push me away as a client. I went to this salon for a hair treatment, and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The woman who did my hair was extremely rough and careless. While detangling my hair, she was literally pulling and yanking it aggressively, breaking my hair and causing pain. Washing my hair was not relaxing at all, it actually hurt my head. The keratin treatment did absolutely nothing. She used the blow dryer so close and so hot that it was burning my scalp, and then she flat-ironed my hair at the highest temperature, which ended up burning and damaging my hair even more. What really shocked me was her attitude. When I told her I wasn’t happy with the results, she had the nerve to say that she doesn’t work for free. That is completely unprofessional. I wish I could give them 0 stars. The worst nail salon I have ever been to. The nail tech that did my nails did not speak any English so I had to google translate what I want. She didnt understand. These were my nails when she was done filing them and getting ready to put the gel polish on. When I told her that she needs to file them some more because they are bumpy and that she forgot to shape them as I asked her multiple times she got upset. At that point I told her to stop because I am unhappy with the way my nails look and to tell me how much I owe her because I wanna go to a different salon.
