I drive a lot and was having problems with my neck and upper back. My sister suggested I go see P&M. Full transparency, I've only had a couple massages prior to this one. I realize now that they were more like back rubs. I was asked why I was there and what my trouble spots were. They offered me a 4 hand massage and I went with it. These gals really know what they're doing! I believe it's called Deep Tissue. They got in there with elbows and thumbs of steel. By the time they were done, I was like a noodle. I have arthritic conditions in both my lower lumbar spine, and cervical spine. I have done many rounds of physical therapy in Arizona. The soft tissue manipulation has always been the most beneficial treatment outside of the therapeutic stretching I do on my own. So I wanted to find a good deep tissue massage here in Colorado. The first person I went to was very good at alleviating pain. However she flaked out just a couple sessions in. So I looked a little bit more for something closer to my home. I am glad I called here.
