Pleasant Day Family Spa

It was 6:20pm on a Sunday when I stopped by this spa while walking my dog. I really needed a massage, but I didn't expect anyone to be able to squeeze me in. The nice, polite woman at the front desk said, "How about 7?" I was shocked, but relieved. I was seen by a wonderful woman named Alice, who had magic hands. I haven't had a lot of massages in my life, but this one was the best first-time, all over body massage I've ever had! The facility is very clean, quiet, and in a very convenient location with lots of parking. Their sign says they are open until 10pm and open 7 days/week. They take cash & credit cards, but they give a discount for cash transactions. I highly recommend that you treat yourself to a massage at Pleasant Day Family Spa!! Thanks Alice!!

This was my 1st time at this spa. Very professional, clean and well maintained business. The towels, blanket and linens had a wonderful soothing aroma. My masseuse was Lily who applied the perfect presser during my 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massage. If you’re looking for reflexology and body massages in Pleasant Hill, this is the perfect place.

Service was ok. But I am curious of how much tip some of this people are expecting. We paid a lot of money ($100+ each) plus the tip… one of the therapist looked at one of us showing her dislike. We felt bad and give extra tip for both of them. But we felt OBLIGATED BASICALLY. I like to thank my therapist though (male) that was humble and sweet. How much tip is everyone else giving?

I have been coming here regularly for over 3 years. All of the massage therapists that I have had were awesome! They intuitively know what to work on. The spa is comfortable and a soothing environment. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

They take walk-ins, and you don't typically have to wait too long. The massage environment is calm and peaceful, and their practitioners really are skilled and very professional.
