Pleasant Cut

My hair is super long and I wanted layering and face framing. Also my daughter got the same. Super fast and affordable. I will be a regular here. Both ladies are awesome!

Best haircut in the area, no where else comes close. Nancy and Rose are the friendliest and most welcoming barbers I’ve ever had. They are incredibly experienced and it is visible in every way start to finish. Went from $100 haircuts in the city to here at a fraction of the price and couldn’t be happier. Better cut, better service, and always willing to take a walk-in. You can’t go wrong with Pleasant Cuts.

These women know how to cut thick, Asian hair. I used to go to an Asian salon in SF but it was like a half-day epic quest across the Bay Bridge for a haircut. Before that I used to go to Kim Sun Young in LA. Anyone with thick, course Asian hair has encountered the disastrous results with American stylists who are unfamiliar with our texture and subsequently overcut and overlayer in a futille attempt to "thin it out," resulting in porcupine heads on men, and choppy layers in a puffy mess on long hair. Rose and Nancy know how to cut my thick, coarse, long hair so that it moves and styles nicely and I now bring my kids and dad here too. They charge a fraction of the price of KSY or high end salons and they do a good job. I've never asked for a dramatically different cut, just long lay
