Amy did a FANTASTIC job on my hair! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an excellent and personal salon experience! AND she has the cutest, sweetest shop dog. 10/10

I have long, 2b dirty blonde hair (the color not the status of cleanness, it’s clean lol 😝) and have been learning how to take care of it since last year. I loved the haircuts but they always style it weird. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying all the curly hair styles here are bad, just the one I had was awful really. They do not use enough product when styling which leads to the hair being too frizzy, puffy, and undefined. But the dog was and extra bonus 🥺 🐾

I don't know where to start. The salon looks chaotic. There are tons of little things everywhere, and the owner has a dog. If you are allergic to fur, forget about even going into this salon. I came to the salon to get my hair highlighted and lightened. I was in the salon from 9 am to 5 pm!!!!! 8 hours!!!! and I paid over $600, not including tip. I was devastated by the number of hours I spent in this salon and the price I had to pay. That was my last time going to this place. Thanks

Amy has been a gem of a find. I’ve been going to her for a few years now for curly cuts and she really knows her cuts. I’ve gone to all types of salons to get curly cuts and Amy is among the best I’ve experienced. I’ve also started bringing my preteen/teen nieces in for curly cuts the last couple of years and she is so great with them, makes them comfortable, never tries to push them to cut more than they’re comfortable with, talks to them on their level about their individual interests with respect, and coaches them on how to care for their hair. The location is convenient but even if it wasn’t there’s tons of reasons to use this salon. The products are all organic, the environment is so welcoming and nice and the atmosphere is great.

I shaved my head recently and have been growing it out so it was quite awkward and I was ready to just shave it again BUT I went to Amy and she was able to style it so it didn’t look so crazy! She was so kind and honest in explaining what she able to do considering the short length and I’m so appreciative of that! I’ll definitely be going back to get my hair dyed! It came out so good and I don’t feel crazy anymore hahaha
