What a wonderful experience! I was late and Annie put me right at ease. Such a soft, cozy, pampering facial. Soft, firm hands with products so creamy and refreshing! The entire atmosphere was relaxing! Great reflexology session too! Annie gave me some great feedback on my stress areas. She is a magical nurturer. It was greatly needed and appreciated!!

Back before the COVID-19 craziness, I was lucky enough to experience a preview of the new Balance program that New Beginnings is putting together, which has two therapists working on the client at the same time (massage, reiki, reflexology, etc. in any combination), and all I can say is "WOW!" Huge kudos to Annie and everyone involved - with a special shoutout to Jonathan Anderson, who has the best massage hands in the business. Do yourself a favor when this is all over, and go!!!
