Platinum Spa and IV Lounge

The spa at the Platinum Resort is lovely and they really work with the client to understand their needs and there is zero upsell / product pressure. Though all my questions about products were answered thoroughly. I want to specifically give a shout out to our skilled and accommodating treatment providers, Yvette and Tia. I walked in to inquire about availability, and specifically for a massage for my 86yr MIL, who for personal reasons would be uncomfortable with a male masseur. Yvette went above and beyond and contacted Tia (who had a day off on the date I want to book) and Tia responded within moments and graciously agreed to come in special to do the treatment 😊 My MIL was so happy with Tia and the care in which she was handled. She felt safe and heard. As a result of Tia’s advice,
