The person who cut my hair cut was 2 days into the job, stated she cut hair for 16 years. It shows through google they are a barber shop, but are not. They are a salon. So unfortunately, instead of getting a barber shop, clean cut fade, I got a salon “fade.” I told her I wanted a bald medium fade and showed her a picture for reference. On the back and sides, she used a one all the way around, the fade wasn’t blended at all. Once she took the cape off and asked if it looked good I said no, I wanted a bald fade. She said I’m so use to doing a one sorry, I responded “that’s why I showed you the picture.” I should have known when she was cutting it and said “it’s not going to really look exactly like the picture,” that it wasn’t going to be that good. I've been going to Lisa at Platinum for about 18 years. She is amazing at nails and coloring my hair hair. Always enter Joy her new holiday designs on my nails as well. I highly recommend them to everyone. Very friendly and family-oriented salon
