I have regular appointments with Kelly to return my hair to what was once my normal color. Balayage, highlights lightening to make my hair alive and shiny again. She does a wonderful and professional job. I recently went to Alex for a special updo for a concert at the Carmel Palladium and was quite pleased. Any special hair needs this is the only place in town I will go!

I absolutely loved it here. It was super easy to book an appointment. I had James and he was so kind and helpful. After having so many bad experiences with hairdressers I think I found my permanent salon.💜

I had my makeup and hair trial for my upcoming wedding reception. My request was an unusual vintage updo and she was super sweet and excited for my challenge. I'm so happy out it turned it out!

Kelly is a fantastic hairstylist and colorist! I've been coming here for 6 years and she always does my hair perfectly. She's super nice and always professional. She expects excellence from the other professionals there as well. Thank you Kelly for years of gorgeous hair!!!

I was there at 5:55, just to make sure i wasn't late for my stylist. The appointment wasn't till 6:15. I didn't get in the chair until almost 640. My time is valuable too. There's a policy on what happens if I cancel under 24 hours from my appointment; i pay full price and don't get a hair cut. There should be a policy if I'm not the late one. It wasn't a short wait. The haircut itself though, absolutely love it. Time management seems to be a problem, but the hair styling talent is unquestionable.
