I had the pleasure to work with Maddie for a haircut & style. I’ve always had long to medium length hair and wanted to get a nice short chop to just start the year fresh! Maddie exceeded my expectations and I was extremely happy with my haircut. Like VERY!! She is the absolute sweetest girl and really takes the time to listen about what I wanted! She never pressured, provided options, and made my experience comfortable. On top of that, I also met manager Nene who came in mid-cut to serve me a yummy adult beverage , salami, cheese, and grapes!! I have never been to a salon that provides that hahaha This made my overall experience a 10 out of 10! Beautiful, tidy, clean venue. Sweet girls . Felt right at home! Looking forward to be back for color. I will definitely be making the drive from A

I cannot rave on this salon & on Lindsay (who did my facial) enough. Lindsay did a fantastic job. I was a few minutes early, the manager showed me around the salon and offered me many drink options…I was cold that morning so the coffee hit the spot! Lindsay is an awesome aesthetician, she listened to what my concerns were. She had some great ideas and she’s super knowledgeable about the products that she uses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this salon and going to see Lindsay! I can’t wait to go back!

Dream Experience from Start to Finish I had the most incredible experience at Platinum IV & Spa. From the moment I walked in, Nene, the manager, was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made me feel comfortable right away. I got a blowout while receiving my IV at the same time, and I was honestly mind blown. I’ve never experienced anything like this. The owner personally handled my IV, and I have never felt better afterward—energized, refreshed, and truly taken care of. As if that wasn’t enough, I also had my nails and toes done, and everything was flawless. The service, the atmosphere, the attention to detail—just top tier. I live in LA, and I don’t even have access to this level of luxury and convenience there. This place is truly a dream come true, and

I'm so thrilled to have Madeline as my stylist. She is so talented. I have alot of layers and she cuts it perfect every time. She's even better at highlighting my hair. I love how beautiful and luxurious the salon is. Everyone is so friendly and treats you like family. It is definitely worth the drive as my old salon was so much closer to my home.

I received a wash, cut and style and was very pleased. the salon is very nice and a one stop shop for all your beauty wants and needs. Madeline is a great stylist and I will definitely be coming back!
