Platinum Nails

Well let me say maybe it was an off day. The service was not very good. The guy that did our nails was very rushed, he even was looking around while doing my nails. He was super rough with my hands and feet. He made one of my fingers bleed at one point. The nail job was also not good. The guy got upset at me when I told him what I wanted and even laughed at me when I said I wanted them shorter. They are uneven, crooked, and bubbled. Would not recommend.

My first experience with PNII and it was great! Kevin was friendly and did an amazing job on my nails! Store was pretty clean. I will be back!

So I got gel extensions. Man was super rushed as the shop only had 3 employees working with 10 customers scheduled. They kept accepting walk ins despite being overwhelmed by the number of people. He would do one thing then leave me for like 10 minutes to help someone else. He was rough and even drilled into my cuticles some. Turned fingers too far sometimes. Really hurt my thumb. I asked for zebra print and this is what I got... Color of stripe didn't match the pink nail?

My daughter went to this location to get her nails done for Prom. Her experience was not good at all. The technician was very rough when applying her nails, to the point her hands hurt when they were done. He didn’t speak to my daughter except to ask her what she wanted and that was all. She had 3 nails fall off before prom and we had to fix them ourselves. When the rest of the nails came off, they took skin with them. THEY GLUED THE NAILS TO HER SKIN. We will not be going back to this place and I urge everyone else to stay away as well. $65 to glue nails on her skin and paint them. Ridiculous!

I love going to see Kevin & Viet! They are both always so pleasant & do a wonderful job. I am so obsessed with my nails and toes right now. 😍
