My Recovery Spa

I started MRS in January at the recommendation of a friend. I have been having kidney problems. After 2 weeks of doing red light sessions 3x a week I had my bloodwork redone and I was so surprised to see my kidney numbers had improved. While this isn't a complete cure it has helped me maintain health for my kidneys until my procedure. This is a tool for anyone with any medical issues, you never know how it might help you. With the pain, with your sleep, with your energy. (If you dont know red light gives energy to your cells.) I cant recommend this tool enough!

Super clean! The sauna is HOT and over 200 degrees! The cold plunges have flowing water which makes them even colder. Will definitely go back.
