Platinum Nail & Spa

Brought my mom here to get her birthday nails done. Called and made an appointment and asked if we could get seated next to each other and they said yes. We did get seated next to each other but they didn’t start working on my mom’s nails until mine were almost finished. I got seated with an older lady who was rude, did my nails subpar and she ended up cutting my finger and left a bunch of dip that hardened under the light all over the sides of my fingers. She kept making rude comments, probably thinking she was being funny. When they finished with my nails I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it smelled dirty and of urine. Went here for the first time today. Loved the atmosphere. It was so relaxing and just what I needed on my Friday after a long work week. Mimi did my dip manicure, she is a sweetie and has a great sense of humor. Lisa did my pedicure, she took her time, helped me adjust my massage chair and pant legs that wouldn’t stay up! She made sure the water was the perfect temp the whole time. I don’t like when the water gets lukewarm or cold after a while! My nails and toes look beautiful, I felt pampered and nothing was rushed. I will be going back! Go book Mimi & Lisa.

the lady that did my feet did an amazing job but the second lady that did my finger nails horrible she was asking why I wanted my nails long and kept asking me if I wanted to cut down and she did horrible job with the dip powder she didn’t even clean them and was super rough I had to tell her she was and got upset I feel that as a customer we pay to get a services and get what we want I would never go back and then on top of that an African American couple walk in And let me tell you the owner told of the girls to do their pedis and she says no . Nope I would never go back
