Long wait time in line and very crowded went on a Saturday early afternoon spent about 20 mins before I could check out other than that staff could of been a little more customer engaged seems how there where so many employees just a chaotic for me and my daughter only location I seem to have this problem at

Prices are great and this is the best customer service staff in the mall

I buy several of their foaming hand soaps when they are on sale. Can't get enough of them. They smell so good. I just bought the Christmas smells, and woodsy ones too. I love everything Bath nd Body!!

I had an amazing experience at this store today. I worked closely with four different employees over the course of an hour to purchase items for my home and gifts for healthcare workers. Each employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made my visit stress free and helped me to get the most bang for my buck. They were each ready with suggestions and recommendations. I’m so thankful for their expertise which helped me have a great experience!!!
