Rachelle is the best!! She tries so very hard to please She (not me) was not happy with my high low lights. They didn't turn out as well as she'd like. She gave me a serious discount. She does her very best and is so pleasant to talk to. Very human yet professional. Five stars for sure. The facility is just as beautiful as she is ❤️

Stopped by in-person and spoke with the owner about getting a men's haircut. Was told that another stylist (Rachelle) would definitely call me that day to schedule an appointment. Never heard back. Left with the impression they really didn't want my business.

PSA: the “straightening treatment” is NOT a straightening treatment!!! It is a “smoothing treatment” that literally does nothing for your hair. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I spent a lot of money on this and it did absolutely NOTHING. My hair is still frizzy and curly. When I went back to show her it didn’t work and to get it redone, she told me there was nothing she could do because it’s straight when I blow dry my hair and it’s “pretty when I do that” so “it worked”. I could not have been more clear about wanting a permanent straightening treatment. We discussed it during the phone consult and in the salon consult before the treatment was done. Taelor cuts my hair regularly, and she fixed a bad cut I’d gotten so my hair was what I wanted. Taelor styled my hair for my 2021 wedding, and I absolutely loved it. We got married on a super windy day outside, and my hair stayed all day, and my hair does not like to stay. Platinum House is clean, easy to find, with a parking lot right in front.
