I booked a hair appointment with Taylor after moving to the area and needing to trust someone new with my hair. I had an overall warm, calm and great experience. I have long, unruly hair and Taylor took the time and patience to do my hair, and my hair turned out better than my inspiration. Overall my experience was warm and welcome and it was nice to see the other clients interactions while I was there.

Staci owns the salon and does my hair, and I’m really glad I found her. She really listens to what you’re asking for and gives honest input without pushing anything. I have a short cut that’s pretty particular, and not everyone gets it right. I don’t trust many people to touch it, but Staci consistently does a great job. It grows out well and always feels balanced. If you’re looking for someone reliable who knows what they’re doing — especially with short hair — she’s definitely worth booking with.

Taylor Murphy from Platinum Hair Studio was absolutely amazing for our wedding day!! She did hair and makeup for me, my mom, my mother-in-law, and my matron of honor, and every single one of us felt so beautiful. Taylor is incredibly talented and has such a calming, positive energy that made the entire morning feel relaxed and fun! She listened to exactly what each of us wanted and made sure everyone felt confident and comfortable. My hair and makeup stayed flawless all day and night, even through happy tears and hours of dancing! Taylor went above and beyond in every way, and I’m so grateful to have had her as part of our day. I can’t recommend her enough to any bride looking for someone who is not only amazing at what she does but also such a joy to be around!

Owner is the absolute rudest person ever. If you comment anything negative about something you don’t like she will embarrass you and defend her salon and stylist in a nasty way as if her salon is the best..her words. Please think twice who you give your money too. There are plenty of good stylists. I refuse to give a nickel to an arrogant snooty person who could care less about your experience or comment.
