Platinum Cuts Barber Shop

It's been a while since i went to the traditional barber shop in the hood and this location kind of threw me me off. My son and went here and suggested it and as soon as i heard it was a black business I didn't hesitate in going. I have dreads so I'm going in for a shave. The atmosphere is really cool and inspiring. I was welcomed at the door and proceeded with the wait. As i waited the conversations were just like the barbershop i went to in Inglewood, Ca so i was comfortable. Where this barbershop took it to the next level was the shave. He asked me some questions about razor bumps and what i do after i get a shave which i thought was weird, but helpful. Next thing I know this hot towel is on my face and i was relaxed until i started to feel this machine massaging my face. I almost went

I had a short wait. The barber faded me up quickly and it looks great! I took this video about a half an hour later shopping at Walmart but it’ll do the trick for you guys out there curious what kind of fade the barber gives. I’ll be back!!!

I brought my nonverbal autistic 4-year-old grandson in for shape up and they were so good with him... I will be back . I highly recommend !

I been getting chopped here for a couple years now, love the staff everyone greets you and makes you feel at home. Malcolm always gets me clean and confident when I step out the chair. Prices are fair especially for the quality and I've rarely waited more than an hour. Great conversation (without over doing it) and music. Highly recommended.
