Can't get a hold of anyone at the Euless location. Left messages with Hannah and Lauren - trying to renew my 5yr spray tan membership. Now I call and it's a busy signal. Called the corporate office in Coppell. Left a message for Justin. No one answers. Only voice-mail. Pathetic service for someone who's trying to give you money! Answer the phone! Return calls!

Never in my life have I ever wrote a review for something online; but today I really felt the need for this. I have been tanning every spring/summer here for the last 3/4 years, I have always enjoyed it and loved the employees at the old location. The weekend of Mother’s Day I decided to reopen my membership and try out the new location. First, all of the signs and emails promise you a gift card for opening your membership back up, the girl REFUSED. Lol Then I am in need of a lotion, which I know obviously buying there is always over priced, but the girl says I’ll give you 20% off today since you joined again, she then proceeds to pull out every high end lotion, and I tell her I’m not paying that much for a lotion So we finally agree on one, but she still isn’t satisfied and try’s to deman

Bought a Level 5 10 tan package. I asked if they would ever expire and was told by a manager they would no there would no expiration. After Covid 19 went to tan and they said they expired and I couldn’t tan without a new package. Beware! This company lies to their customers. Nice way to treat people during these difficult times.

I had been going there for years and had a great experience but when I froze my account they continued billing me. Beware if you sign a contract!!! They will not stand behind their terms to freeze account. Even after 3 months of calling their corporate office they assured me it was taken care of. No!!! Was still billed!!! Evidently they have very incompetent people not only at their stores, but their corporate office as well!!

I have been a member for a few years, there is such high turn over, you never seem to see the same staff members consistently.I have cancelled my membership and am now going to a salon that cares about their staff.
