Savannah was extremely helpful and this shop carries the entire line Jane Iredale products. Lots of great cosmetics here.

I am disappointment regarding a recent issue with a gift card I received after making a return. Since the store policy is not to issue refunds, I was given a gift card with the return amount written directly on it. However, when I attempted to use the card a few months later at the store, I was informed that the card had a zero balance and had already been used. Beware if you get a gift card at the store.

Wow! Macy (apologies if that's not the correct spelling) is BY FAR the friendliest and most knowledgeable associate I've met at this location. She greeted me, smiled, she's outgoing, helpful, and beyond sweet. You just don't see that these days. She helped me find several shampoo options and made sure I was happy before leaving. She even invited me back to shop during their next sale. And I'll definitely be back because of her. The store is clean, easy to locate and parking was a breeze. Their inventory outweighs most salons and Macy, along with her colleagues, makes the difference. Thank you, Macy. You made my Saturday.

I stopped here to get my wife a little gift. I was impressed with the way the treated me. I did not know what to buy but the woman took time to make suggestions and show me a lot of different kinds of things. I ended up buying shampoo and conditioner, plus lotion and some other stuff. It was a nice experience for me and my wife loves the gifts I got her

They know their products at their store. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They don't try to push me on products I don't need, instead they listen and take the time to educate me. I've been using one of their product lines since Christmas, and the results have been phenomenal. Their products are a bit pricey, but don't mind, since the results are worth every penny.
