She is gentle, kind, and truly dedicated to making sure every client receives the best service possible. She takes her time, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can really tell how much she cares about her clients and the quality of her work. The service is very thorough and the results are amazing smooth skin with very little discomfort. Fran is truly the best! Her waxes are chef’s kiss, the grow-back is so slow, I always feel smooth for so long. But what I love most is the way she treats her clients. She truly values quality over quantity, and it shows. I’ve been to places where I felt rushed, like they just wanted to get me in and out, but Fran is the complete opposite.
