I followed Emilia from her previous work location that’s just how much my hair loves her. Going from blonde to my natural curls has been a journey but she has been such a big help. My hair is healthy, shiny and thriving. She takes her time and she communicates every step. When I told her I was going for the big chop she was excited for me but made sure I was comfortable and fully understood what we were doing!

Today was my first time at Curl Beauty Lab. I moved around this area form NY about 2 years ago and I have been looking for a hairstylist to do my natural hair and for 2 years, been to multiple hairstylists and I never got exactly what I wanted until today. Emilia was amazing!!!!! Not only she is very friendly, makes you feel uncomfortable and was very patient with me teaching me how to take care of my hair!!! Not only she did exactly what I wanted but she felt very comfortable working with my type of hair… I was sooo pleased with her and I am soo excited to have finally found an amazing hairstylist to take care of my hair! 🙏🏾

Emilia is amazing!! I would totally recommend!! not only is she super pleasant, but her care for my hair is incredible she is always very thorough, she is consistently looking for ways to keep my hair healthy even when we color it!! Her attention to detail and impeccable, she always listens to what I want and makes great recommendations to what she thinks works best for my hair, not to mention the vibes of the salon is awesome! Sincerely and truly 10000/10 recommend this place. the environment is so friendly, i had the absolute PLEASURE of having emilia cut my hair, such a gem she was. she was very non judgemental of the state of my hair, so patient with all my explanations of what i wanted, and really listened and wanted to understand the vision i had for my hair. the whole process took a good amount of time, but they warn you beforehand how long it’ll take. emilia really catered to all my needs and was so friendly and such a pure heart!! and my cut turned out absolutely beautiful!! she really knew what she was doing and had great recommendations for products :)
