I was excited to try this place, as a new mom, I haven’t done anything for myself in a long time so this was a big treat. My nails chipped after a week, I called to see if they could fix 3 nails and was told to come by anytime. I go in and wait an hour, I wish they would have offered to make an appointment to avoid this wait because once again I have a young child at home. The nails that were fixed do not look good. They have bare spots and streaks. Very rushed looking. I asked for one to be fixed again while there the second time, because it looked very bad, however, still doesn’t look great. Attention to detail is very important, if I was painting my nails at home I would have addressed these streaks and bare spots, so am shocked a professional didn’t. I visited this salon on Saturday, 12/06, to get my nails done. Unfortunately, just a few days later, my clear coat began chipping, so I returned on 12/10 to have them looked at. I was polite and showed them the issue, and to their credit, they did fix it. The manager even instructed the technician to make sure my nails went through two full drying cycles, which was done. However, just two to three days after the repair, my nails began peeling again. At that point, it became clear that this wasn’t a one-time issue. I also noticed another review describing the same problem, which makes me question the quality of the products being used. Had such a great time at PinkLily Nail Bar! The place was super clean, the vibes were relaxing, and everyone was really friendly. My nail tech did an amazing job! I wanted short nails and they came out perfect. I left feeling relaxed and obsessed with my nails. Definitely coming back!

my experience here was great! i’m traveling from new york so i did a lot of research on finding a nail place ! i got a peppermint pedicure and i was so happy ! will be comi mg back whenever im visiting !

This was my first time at this Salon today & I am definitely a permanent new client now. I had Rose as my Nail tech, she was professional, took her time, I did not feel rushed at all, the salon is clean and on this day was quiet and peaceful to just relax and enjoy my time here. The receptionist is polite and I just felt very welcomed here, my nails came out beautifully ( I got a basic pedicure & a no chip manicure ) I have never had an expierence like this before anywhere! I am excited to come back in 4 weeks.
