Pink Blossom Nails Spa

My daughter and I love getting our nails done. We normally see Kevin and Tracy but anyone is great! They are always professional and my SNS lasts 3-4 weeks every time.

The absolute worst decision you could make is going here. I was cut so many times and so deeply that 2 hours my fingers are ~still~ bleeding. When I spoke to Rose they would only refund me if I had the polish and tip removed. Mind you, all I asked for is that they record my injuries their tech caused. However as my finger are bleeding, they refuse to simply take a photo and Rose is saying she would have to file my nails again in order to provide a refund- this would definitely cause an infection, and makes no sense. Rose then used abusive language and tells me she believes did the cuts to myself. So I asked if I could see the cosmetology license of tech that did my nails, this way I can report that it is likely that she is unlicensed. They refused to even tell me her name let alone see

Had gel mani and regular pedi. Jenna was excellent! The best leg and foot massage I've had in a long time. Plus she was very courteous and sweet. Will definitely go back!

Tracy did a great job with my pedicure. She helped me pick out the prettiest fall color and my toes look awesome. She took her time and the massage was so relaxing. I got the elegant pedicure. Everyone is so nice a friendly.

So, I’m really sad to post this review because I’ve been to Pink blossom twice and had two VERY different experiences. The first time I went, I loved my nails! It was one of the best manicures I had, had in a long time. HOWEVER, today when I went I had the WORST experience at a nail salon I’d ever had. To the management‘s credit, they agreed to allow me to leave without paying. First, I walked in for a French gel manicure and was assigned a nail tech. I noticed the nail tech did not see to try and compare other nails to the size of initial white tip crescent… but I ignored it at first because that really isn’t a huge problem.. Eventually, it became apparent that some of the nails were setting badly with bubbles etc. (I’d never had it look like that in the middle of a regular gel manicur
