Brittany gave my 4 1/2 year old an awesome Forest Frank haircut and we love it! She did an awesome job and I highly recommend her!

Super quick, kid friendly. Has a little play area for kids not getting cut. Laurye was very friendly & communicated well to ensure the cut was how my daughter wanted it.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years with my two children, and unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. The receptionist was very unpleasant. She refused to understand me and kept saying she does not speak Spanish, even though I was speaking to her in English. I even clarified that I was speaking English, and she still would not properly answer my question. I repeatedly asked for an appointment for Sunday, February 22, and she kept responding with “Sunday the 1st,” which was not what I was requesting. It felt like she simply did not want to help. In addition, I recommended this place to a friend, and she had a very bad experience with the entire staff. We have had nothing but positive experiences going to pigtails and crew cuts for my son’s haircuts the past 2 years. He loves getting to pick what car he gets to sit in for the haircut and he also really loves their play area. We’ve seen several different stylists since going to P&C and all have been great! However, we do typically try to schedule with Mrs. Kathy just because we enjoy her so much! She is so kind and caring with my son and he always feels comfortable with her! We are so thankful for Pigtails and Crewcuts!

I took my child to pigtails and crewcut plano salon today and was really impressed.The stylists Lupe was warm, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling little ones. They offered amazing seats of cars and to keep my kid distracted, which made the whole proces stress-free. The haircut was neat and stylish, just what we wanted. Clean space, great service—perfect place for kids’ haircuts!
