I rarely write reviews, but I’m genuinely heartbroken over my son’s haircut experience here. On August 3, I took my 3-year-old son, Santiago, for a trim with Gabriela. I came with clear photos and asked for a soft, blended toddler cut — even lengths, a natural flow, nothing drastic. Instead, his hair was chopped unevenly — short and blunt in the front, long and straggly in the back, leaving him with a very noticeable mullet shape It’s now mid-October, and his hair is still growing out of that mistake. Based on normal growth, it won’t fully return to his original style until around March 2026 . meaning more than half of his third year will be spent with a haircut that looks nothing like what I requested. Absolutely LOVED this visit. My grandson got his haircut by Jacelyn and she is absolutely amazing. Listened to what he wanted and did an absolute amazing job. Cut was GREAT (even gave him a bow he so badly wanted) lol Will definitly be back and ask for her!!

Great service and my girls were so happy. My 8 year old is beyond the point of a “little kid” dry cut, but we didn’t like the low cost haircut options in the area. Pigtails totally fits the bill. They have real salon chairs for older kids and will shampoo before a cut. Well appointed salon with nice people. Go see Jacelyn - she’s so kind and chatty with the kids and gave them hairstyles that my girls squealed over!

Great experience! We just took our son their for his first haircut, I expected him to lose his mind but he didn't. Lindsay was so calm and gentle with him, talking to him and being patient with his wiggles. He loved sitting in the car and playing with the wheel. It was a perfect first experience! The little card they gave us with his picture and his hair is too precious. Thank you guys!

Great experience! Lindsey did a wonderful job! Our 18 mo was relaxed and felt so comfortable while his hair way cut! We will definitely becoming back!
