Pigtails & Crewcuts: Haircuts for Kids - Fort Mill, SC

Took my 14 month old son here for his first hair cut! I was nervous he wouldn’t sit for hairstylist but Liz was so incredible with him. She was very patient and did an amazing job even while he was looking all around. Will definitely come back and see Liz again! She made it so easy!

Will never be returning to this location. My son had an appointment and we got stuck behind an accident on 77… attempted to call 30 mins before the appointment to ask if we can still come as my toddler was very excited to get his hair cut. No one answered so my mother went In to let them know the situation (since they won’t answer the phone). We would have been 10 mins late, I know it’s not ideal, but stuff happens. The lady told my mother she couldn’t take my son’s appointment because she had an appointment to get to for herself at a remote location. My son’s haircut was at 5:45 ( very close to close I know, it’s the only one I could do after work). Her appointment is at 6 pm, that’s one heck of a hair cut I’m sure she was going to give my son in the 15 minute window before her appointmen

Stay away from this place and away from Lauren Brown! Not only did she butcher my Son’s hair when I asked her to fix she refused and made excuses like his hair grows sideways, he doesn’t want a haircut. I told her to fix it again because it looked butchered. She began to get nasty and say things under her breath. We went in for a trim cause we’re letting his hair grow and 6 plus inches taken off to correct her butchered cutting. This wasn’t his first haircut and kids know…She doesn’t know how to work with Children and was rude, nasty and unprofessional. I told the front desk I wasn’t paying because his hair is butchered and I’ll have it pay to fix it and Lauren began accusing me of stealing. Go back to cosmetology school! You should not be around children with such behavior!!!

Amazing experience! We loved Kristie! She has all the tricks to make your baby feel at easy. This was my LO first haircut so we were super nervous for him. Once we walked in (little early) we were directed to the play area in the back, it was a nice room with books, toys and plenty of things for entertainment. Once they were ready for us, my baby sat on one of their cool chairs, we got at airplane! He was so excited with chair, the bubbles and the water mist. Hair came out nice and they saved a piece of his hair for me to keep. We will def go back.

We love it here, both of my boys are autistic and Christie does amazing with them. She’s is so patient and makes it fun!
