Pigtails & Crewcuts: Haircuts for Kids - Buford - Mall of GA, GA

We’ve been coming here for 2+ years for my son. He did not do well the first time for obvious reasons but now when I tell him we’re going to get a haircut he gets so excited. We’ve been seeing Mackila for all his appointments and he loves her and has become so comfortable with her! We are typically able to get an appointment fairly easily sometimes same day or the next. Extremely kid friendly environment!

We have been coming here for 4 years now. We love it, my son loves it too! Isela takes her time and does the perfect cut consistently. My son has straight blonde hair and you can tell when there is a bad cut, I’ve never had a single complaint about his hair when he gets it cut by Isela. She takes pride in her work and in the shop and it is easily seen. It’s easy to make an appointment and you can walk in and wait as well! Sitting in a fire truck or police car is also an added bonus for the little ones who might be nervous.

My son's haircut turned out the same as when I tried to do it myself at home and my daughter's bangs look like she did it herself. The service was good but the work looks like a student's job. …….. This place is amazing! Greatest experience. My autistic pre-verbal son had a blast. And haircuts have been a traumatic experience for us. But not only was she super attentive to his needs. Changing his drape to buttons when Velcro overstimulated him, stop buzzing the sides to clip his bangs away from his eyes when that overstimulated. She was so kind and patient. 10 out of 10 recommended!

As a mom, I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Pigtails & Crewcuts. The staff were so patient and made my child feel seen, heard, and comfortable throughout the haircut. The fun atmosphere, the cool chairs, and the amazing hair stylist turned it into a special outing. Most importantly, my child left not just looking great but feeling proud and confident. We’ll definitely be back!
