Great Clips

This place is cheap and inconsistent. I've been here twice. The first time, I left feeling very satisfied with my experience. The stylist was friendly and he was very particular about the specific cut that I wanted and made sure to spend as much time as necessary on it. The second time, however, was not nearly as good. The stylist did not know what to do with my hair and he didn't tell me! He turned my back to the mirror for the entire time and it really did not help my anxiety. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. One of the stylists saw me and immediately called over the manager to see what she could do. By the end of the session, both the stylist and I were frustrated with what had happened to my hair at Great Clips. I don't think the standards for being a stylist at Great Clips

My mom had such a wonderful experience with Olivia today. She was attentive, friendly, and kind. She took her time and gave my mom a truly wonderful experience. I would highly recommend getting a haircut with Olivia, I know my mom would again. THANK YOU THANK YOU so much for a fantastic job.

One of the stylist refused to cut my son's hair stating "I don't think I can handle him." My son is autistic and self injurious but would never harm another person. Pointing out his disability is unacceptable especially in front of other patrons.

Great experience. Friendly and professional. Staff goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. First time I went in it was very busy. I was greeted promptly and told the approximate wait time. Since it is a walk in salon I didn't mind waiting. While I was waiting I watched the stylists with all of their customers. They took their time with each person even though they were busy. They were detailed in their work. Jessica styled my hair exactly as I asked however when I went home I realized I needed it to be thinned out a little in the back. I returned the following week and was greeted with a warm smile and customer service that impressed me. Right away they wanted to satisfy me and did not charge me for another cut to make the changes that I requested. They also made me feel

I always feel nervous going to a new stylist for a haircut. Today, the stars aligned and I was introduced to Steven. He was very friendly and personable. He listended to me regarding the look I wanted to achieve and he executed my new cut perfectly. In addition, he paid attention to even small details, which I really appreciated. I hope he is still there the next time I need a haircut!
