PICO NAILS

It was my first time visiting Pico nails, and for real I’m so excited, great customer service, everyone was super nice to me , I got really good job on my nails, I can’t stop looking at them, they look so pretty so clean. I think they done perfectly. The salon and so really stylish , everything looks so pretty and the most important it’s really comfortable to be there . I like the customer service. I got champagne. I was watching Netflix and at the same time I got my manicure and pedicure done, this is perfect therapy🥰 And I’m so excited that I have nails like this, I just showed them the picture that I wanted and they did perfectly the same exactly way as I was asking! I absolutely love pico nails. The whole team is so kind and welcoming — they always make me feel comfortable and pampered. Lolita is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her clients. My nails always come out perfect, and the experience is just as wonderful as the results. Highly recommend! 💖

It was my first time that I had experienced doing manicure and pedicure in the same time, and to be honest, it feels amazing. I got super relaxed I enjoyed. Nail techs Rauzhan and Rosa did such an amazing job , I really like my nails , and for sure I’m gonna come back to get the same service in a month !!! ❤️❤️ thank you girls !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Yesterday I arrived at 11AM for my appointment at that time. I was there until 4pm because they absolutely ruined my nails. I arrived with acrylic on my nails that needed to be removed. The technician that removed them cut my fingers and my cuticles, but I was hopeful that the service would improve. It just ended up getting worse. I wanted to try GelX for the first time. We spoke about the shape and the length prior to her placing them on my nails. She then dismissed what we spoke about and used the wrong size and shape. Then, she went to cut them despite them not meant to be cut. After that, I realized there was a significant gap between my nails and the gelX. I told her and she did not understand what I said. The manager
