I did not know a hair dresser could cut the hair in such a bad shape. I just asked for a 2 finger length cut to clean split ends and I was so impressed with the bad results that I have to share. Maybe the place is good for extensions but they should have told me they don't know how to cut the hair. they cut about 4 fingers and left my hair uneven and shapeless. I had to go to another hair salon the next day to get the hair fixed, and it was a challenge.

I went here after a bad hair cut and needed extensions. I was sold two packs of tape in hair, installation & a treatment to relax my natural hair for about $615. After 2 washes one extension fell out, two others were hanging on by 2 little hairs & one of them took a chunk out of my hair leaving me with a bald spot. I would go back and they would re-adjust them for free claiming they “didn’t put enough hair in to hold up the extensions”. You can see all of the extensions in my hair because they are sticking out and no amount of brushing or blow drying covers the tape in’s & not just the ones on the top but all through out my head you can see the extensions. The hair gets tangled within 10 mins of brushing it. So I have to walk around with a brush in my purse. My mother went in with her own
