They are sweet, kind and always make you feel special. I think I have been a customer for at least ten years! (Oh my!)

They charged $120 for 2 kids polish changes on hands/feet with no mention of increased price due to using a quick drying top coat, which they said they had to use on children. They were rude when I expressed concern with pricing.

I'm new to town and I'm trying out every single nail salon I have to say so far this is my least favorite and really the only place I didn't have a positive experience. While they're taking off the no chip for my previous manicure, my thumbnail started to crack I asked for nail glue but I think they forgot. Then when I reminded them they just put an extra clear coat in between my new chip Manicure and insisted it would work. It didn't and my nail started cracking that night. I was away for the weekend and had to deal with a nail that was cracking midway through and painful.

Great environment, it felt clean and comfortable. Everyone is super nice and cares about the experience of your visit, not only your nails. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them to (very soft American French). I will be back again soon!
