I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Kesha as my nail tech this evening and not only do my nails look absolutely amazing but we had a great conversation with lots of laughs. 10/10 recommended! Will be a new regular. Also, was recommended trying the Gel X nails. I could not be any more happier with how the process went and the quality of the nails is amazing! Thanks so much!

I was a regular here until my recent experience. On 9/13 around 2pm I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but during the manicure my cuticles were cut too deeply, causing my finger to bleed. The technician (an older man, I don’t recall his name) noticed, acknowledged it, and apologized. I paid, tipped and left. A few days later my finger became painful. I assumed it would pass, but after a week it worsened. The following Monday I finally made time to visit a Minute Clinic, where I learned it was infected. Yes! Infected!!! A couple of days later, I ended up at Urgent Care to have the infection drained. Immediately after, I also came down with a severe cold, which is why this review is delayed. Phoenix nail salon always make me feel at home. They always offer drinks, wine etc. The staff are very friendly and my lady is Jennifer who always does amazing job on my nails and Tony does awesome job on my toes. Im there once a month and it's always a great visit.

The place has gone, downhill, aggressive, rude, cut. One of the nail technicians actually told me to go somewhere else because he didn't want to do nails due to their scheduling error. I booked an appointment and I show up at the time I booked. They told me that the appointment was never scheduled. Nails were left painted uneven. Had to throw a top coat of glitter to try and save them . $67 for this 🤣 and I still tipped . I see why they are never busy .
