Phoebe Elise- Hair and Lashes

When I first moved to SLC, it took me a few months to find the right stylist, but ever since I made my first appointment with Phoebe over 3 years ago, I haven’t looked back! Phoebe is very intuitive and knows what she’s doing. She does a great job of balancing what the client wants while also encouraging them to try new things. Over the years, I’ve gone from just getting a simple balayage to getting bright, bold colors in my hair. Phoebe also has great recommendations for how to keep your hair looking fresh between appointments, and she has introduced me to so many different products that have saved my life (and my hair)! Simply put, Phoebe is not just a stylist, but she is an artist and just a lovely human being all around.

Phoebe did my hair for 3 years until I moved to Nevada. Not only does she do an amazing job at listening to what I want, but she gives advice on what will look best, and has always delivered when it comes to the color and hair cut. So much so that I now travel back to Salt Lake to have her do my hair and every time she nails it!!! Can’t wait to see her new space at my next appointment!!

I have been happily going to Phoebe for YEARS for my lashes and hair! She has been so consistent and amazing every time I go see her. She knows exactly what your vision is and gives you an enormous amount of confidence once you walk out the door! Cannot recommend her enough!

Phoebe is the GOAT. She absolutely nails my complicated cut and dye (half blonde / half copper split dye) every single time. She also helps me when I'm having issues with product build up or breakage from exposing my hair to the elements 🧗🏼‍♀️⛷️ I've sent every single friend I have to her for a reason. The only reason to not go to Phoebe is if you hate random people complimenting you on your hair or lashes day in and day out.

I’ve been a loyal client for 5 years and came to her with very damaged yet virgin hair. I was worried about coloring my hair but desperately wanted change. Since then, I’ve gone from blonde balayage, to copper, to dimensional brunette and my hair has never looked better or felt healthier. Phoebe has become more than my hair stylist, she’s my friend and a true pillar of the community.
