Phil's Barber Shop

Had my first haircut here and haven't looked back since. Despite moving around over the years, whenever I am visiting home I make sure to stop by Phil's. Dana and Mike are the best, make you feel at home. Always a great time chewing the fat and guaranteed flawless fade.

Dana is amazing and possibly a miracle worker. I took my 10 year old son to get his hair cut at another location and it came out worse than if I had cut his hair with a hacksaw. I brought him to Dana the next day and not only was he able to fix it, but he cut my son's hair to where my son LOVED it. He was able to work his magic and create a "cool" style out of the mess that he was handed. I highly recommend Phil's Barber Shop!

Danny, Dana and Mike are all awesome. I moved to Jamaica Plain but still going to West Roxbury to have my haircut at Phil’s Barber shop.

Dana, Mike, and Danny are awesome. I've been going to this family business since there dad was behind a chair. Wish more places had crews like this.

Great group of barbers, not hair stylists. Family friendly ... little kids, adults, older adults all will be handled well. These are experienced guys who will ask what you want and listen to your answer. Service people can get regulation cuts here too. The prices are what you would expect at a local barber shop, very attractive. Still the way it is Nov. 21, 2023.
