Rude to paying customers. I don’t know how she stays in business behaving this way. Will never return. We were in the area early due to other appointments so we stopped by in the rare chance there was a cancellation and we could get in early. We never asked or expected any other client to wait nor did we show any disrespect to the business owner. There wasn’t a client there when we arrived and we did not interrupt anybody’s appointment. We also did not stay and wait while the client prior to us was at their appointment. We were not rude and we did not waste her time. The attitude we received was not warranted. We arrived to our appointment early. I immediately said I know we're early. She gave us a fast, snappy, response saying she had another person before us. Which I knew she most likely would. I wasn't expecting to have his appointment moved up at the expense of another client. I didn't feel I even got a chance to express that I didn't expect that. I was kinda speechless and didn't know what to do, it was awkward, we didn't feel welcome to wait, so we left. When our time came I told her what we wanted for our sons hair. While cutting his hair it looked a little long in the back. I asked do you think you could make it shorter? She gave the most attitudey "I will". I immediately apologized. Why? I'm the client. Just finished with my first haircut from Bri, at her new place and love it! She is so awesome she's funny professional and very knowledgeable about her craft. I am happy to say I have been a customer of hers for the last 6 years plus and will continue to go to her for my haircuts. Every time I go in there and do business with her it is always a pleasant experience and I leave there feeling both happy and relaxed.
