Sol Shine Day Spa

1st time @ salon facial after Christmas Well worth the visit Ellen excellent so relaxing.

I was in town for a day, which ended up raining. Luckily I got to book a massage here. Was not sure what to expect but ended up having a great massage. Ellen was friendly and helpful. She worked out some tight areas and used products to try helping my very dry skin.

I first heard about Sol Shine from a neighbor after returning from three weeks of travel. I was experiencing lots of tightness and soreness in my neck and back and was able to book an appointment upon my return. I have to say, this spa is very warm and welcoming once you step in. I was greeted by Ellen and we briefly discussed what target areas I was feeling the most discomfort that we could address for pain management. She discussed a few different techniques she would follow for stretching and muscle pain relief. Everything went great and I scheduled follow-up visits. I'll continue to go here for regular pain-management care.

Greeted immediately and very clean space. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Leah used organic products and always gave a brief description of each item she used. Great warming towels as well. Made you feel relaxed and at ease through the whole treatment. Highly recommend this Mother and daughter business.

Self care is something I never do enough of. Hard to focus on yourself when you're a single mom with a stressful time consuming career. I feel like that's the same for so many of us. Today was the best 1.5 hours I've had in a very long time. My facial with Leah was amazing and the back scrub was so much more than I had expected. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and my skin feels amazing. Booked the same treatments for my mom on my way out so she could experience the bliss to! 10/10 recommend and I will be going back regularly.
