Phenix Salon Suites Norwalk

JROSE the stylist hospitality/customer service is very bad she does not make you feel welcomed 1 & 2 she charges vet hair prices & can’t fit 4 bundles into your hair. The prices are ridiculous but i wouldn’t mind paying if she was a bit nicer.. she does hair very good that’s the only reason i gave another star but she needs to fix her attitude she lost a possible loyal customer..

I went to Jessica Ryan Salon. Jessica is the most gifted stylist and colorist I've ever been to. Jess is an amazingly talented woman. You will not be disappointed. Her instincts are spot on. She will take the time to make you look marvelous.

This is a cool little place. There are a bunch of different little services in this building. You wouldn't expect it looking from the outside because it's in a strip. But once you walk inside it's gorgeous. I went there because one of the little salons/shops was my tattoo artist. It's very clean and not too loud from having lots of businesses inside.

I am a frequent customer of the salon suites in Norwalk. The location is really nice, but it is always extremely cold there. I would like to see some type of improvement as I am older and it really affects my health. Can the property management please assist here?
