The stylists Jayda there is very unprofessional. I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time . She has an attitude the whole time . Didn’t even seem like she wanted to do my hair to begin with . Every time I’m explain what my hair routine is or just having a conversation in general she would make nasty faces as if she’s irritated . All I came there for was a silk press and left with my roots flaky . Highly don’t recommend going to her if your looking for a “FRIENDLY” hairstylist .

Sooo happy that I’ve been able to reconnect with Shawna at Zayds, at her new salon in Phenix! We have been clients with Zayd’s for years and love the intimacy of her new salon. Shawna works with my work schedule and always offers quality care and fresh styles! 10/10 recommend!

I just moved from Dallas and I just found my hair care provider. Shawna at Zayds is bomb. She knows exactly what my hair needs. She's attentive and caring and funny also. Well definitely be coming back to her. Thanks Shawna

I give the place 4 stars because its a really nice salon and the design is really cool with plenty of areas outside and inside to take photos. My wife does hair and she is an artist! Also, when I wait, there is a Tmobil and Starbucks right down stairs. I went with 4 stars now as the area can be a bit hectic when it comes to finding a parking spot and you must not leave anything valuable in sight, but that can be said about any place. I still enjoy sitting at the clear table with the yellow flowers.

Shawna is the best! My son loves coming to her shop for his loc maintenance! She is not just worried about styling, she teaches him how to take care of his hair.
