Phenix Salon Suites

As a new salon suite renter I am grateful to have found Phenix Salon Suites in Hayward. I left a place that I didn’t feel comfortable or safe due to the unprofessionalism. Here I have found a safe place for my clients and myself. Jasmine the owner takes a lot of pride in the cleanliness, safety and professionalism. I really am glad I chose this location to rent my studio. Jasmine has been a great building manager, she keeps the property clean and ensures everyone follows the rules to ensure a safe space for everyone. She has gone above and beyond by ensuring that she shares important information, and has brought the renters together to get to know one another. She even did this during a time she was dealing with a personal matter. I enjoy the environment and it has been drama free which is rare in the cosmetology industry.

I absolutely love being here at the Phenix Salon suites from the very beginning Jasmine was very welcoming and professional. She's a very caring and thoughtful person. I have been renting a suite for a year and 7 months, and I love it! Jasmine manages the suites. She keeps this place clean, safe and secure. She is available when I need her for anything in my suite. The building is locked and you need to contact your hairstylist, nail tech, barber, etc to get into the building. There's cameras on premises so nothing goes unnoticed. I love my suite and my clients love coming here.

I have been renting here for a little over a year now. As a renter Jasmine has always been kind and gone out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable here at the suites. Any time there was something minor to fix such as a water spot on the roof she got on it right away or even saying “hi” as she walks by. She even has gone out her way to hold a lunch for everyone to meet each other. She keeps the place looking brand new and clean.
