Phenix Salon Suites

I booked through them online and received a message saying my appointment had been approved. They didn’t send me an address so I messaged the girl who is in Suite 102 for the address and to let her know I booked with her she sent the address and said ok. When I arrived for my appointment she snapped her head and looked me up and down and proceeds to tell me she canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm. Mind you there was no where to confirm and I texted her to confirm she could have told me then she had canceled me. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone very very unprofessional. However, I walked right into Black Barbie and Octavia slayed my hair for half the price and none of the attitude.

-Atmosphere is awesome. -Restrooms are very clean. -Easy to get to your business with having a guide on the entrance wall. -The business owners will also show the location of the business you are visiting if you are unsure of the location. -Business owners appear to have smiles and their appearance of business are clean as well. -Parking is no issue either. -Close in walking distance to restaurants and stores. - I visit twice monthly and I love it. -Thank you.
