I have been coming to her for the last three years and always leave her shop looking sharp and feeling great. Karen places her customers on a pedestal and pays great attention to details giving her great reviews and comments from all of her customers. I have been looking for a hair stylist for some time now, I searched Phenix Salon Suites and after reading every 5 start review for Kim, I made an appointment. I told her what I wanted and ask her opinion and I got a beautiful haircut. It is really hard to find someone for me I trust with my hair, with Kim I felt comfortable because she was very confident and straight forward.

This place is amaze. I go here to see one lady in particular, Becky. She's been cutting my hair for several years and never disappoints. She is very talented with those scissors. She's even waxed my face a couple times. I have not colored my hair in several years (too much to maintain), but she used to color my hair too and was good at making it look natural.

Kim is absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted! My highlights and cut are perfect! I am so happy with the color, cut and style and I highly recommended Kim to everyone who needs an awesome stylist!!
