Lovely ladies, don’t get me wrong this is my personal experiences. I got the viet style shampoo & conditioning and i had no complaints, really refreshing, they do have different services included which they’ll ask for sure but whether u wanna do it or not it’s up to u. But anyways i felt great. Will come back next time. Very hard working people

I showed the barber what i wanted but he completely ignored it and styled it the way he wanted, resulting in my hair being way to short and unable to be saved. The way he combed my hair was rough in which i had a headache afterward. During the process, he made remarks of my hair being girlish, and how my hairstyle before was ugly.

Customer service is not priority. I got my hair dyed here. The lady that did my hair is the owner, which is why I"m so disappointed. She started working on my hair, and then when another ustomer comes in, she stops everything to finish the other customer, just because she knew it was a quick trim. And then another customer comes in.And then another. And then another. Guess what? They all were in and out before I was even done, and I was the first one that came in!!!! I spent a total of 6 hours there on a Sunday, because this money-hungry lady wants to get as many customers in as possible. She knew I couldn't leave with my hair 1/4 done, so she kept taking in more and more customers until it was finally 9PM and I could go home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!! All the 1 star reviews are correct

My cousin asked to take off 2 acrylic nails. The owner clearly did not know how to remove acrylic and tried jamming a fake nail under the acrylic to remove it. It was really uncomfortable to watch. The cuticle clippers did not look clean as the tech had just cleaned it with some alcohol right before working on me. I felt sorry for the nail tech. Cheap price but not worth the experience.

FREAKING HORRIBLE PLACE LADY TRIED CHARGING ME 60 DOLLARS TO GET A FULL SET AND PEDI!!!!!!! THEN WHEN SHE SAID 40 I SAID OK ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO GO TO A CONVENTION AND WAS PRESSED FOR TIME THIS IS WHAT I GET SHE DID NOT DO THE ACRYLICS CORRECTLY. THIS WOMAN ACTUALLY LOOKED AT ME AND SAID "OH YOU NEVER DO GEL THAT'S WHY" NOOOO ITS BECAUSE YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO NAIL ....... THAT'S WHY!!!!! STRAIGHT BUTCHERED 2 DAYS AFTER!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!! NO WONDER THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $60 THEY KNEW I WAS NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
