Perspire Sauna Studio

(TL;DR - loved it!) Daily Perspire user for months. Went to this branch for the first time today (1/20/26). Loved the location (parking is easy, just inquire in advance) and the staff were sooo nice. My room was excellent and pre-set to my preferences. Definitely recommend this location!

I’ve had a few bad experiences here. More than once, they told me they couldn’t find the credits I purchased, then said they found them and I could use them next time. But when I came back, the credits were gone or expired. There’s no email or notice when your credits expire, so if you buy multiple sessions, you have to keep track yourself or they’ll just disappear. One time I was supposed to get the cold shower add-on, but they forgot to press the button. They told me to come back next time and it would be there. I even called to confirm before going in, but when I arrived, it had already expired. It’s just not worth the stress or confusion. The staff seems confused, there’s a real lack of consistency and organization. I’d rather pay a little more and go to PAUSE.

Booking is easy through their app or front desk, and each room is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Some rooms feature contrast therapy with “SNO showers”—a quick push of a button delivers an instant, icy-cold rinse between (or at the end of) sauna rounds, and it's incredibly refreshing. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about your experience. It’s the ideal blend of recovery, wellness, and a peaceful reset from everyday stress.
