From the moment I walked into Perspire Sauna, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — it instantly set the tone for a relaxing experience. I loved that each sauna suite is completely private. Having my own personal space felt so tranquil — no distractions, just time to unwind, breathe, and focus on myself. The red light therapy was incredible; it gave me this refreshed, light feeling afterward, almost like I’d hit a little reset button. The snow shower was such a unique highlight! I’ve tried cold plunges before, but this was a totally different and fun way to get that same invigorating rush — it was both cooling and energizing in the best way. Just did a 40 minute sauna and then the SNO shower. It was great! I honestly didn’t expect to feel this good afterward — but wow. The infrared sauna session followed by the Cold SNO shower was an incredible experience. The heat was deep and relaxing without being overwhelming, and the SNO shower afterward was very much like a cold plunge and unbelievably refreshing. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely better physically than when I walked in. The space itself is clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. I’ll 100% be coming back

Way overpriced. Who cares that you can watch tv while you sauna? Clean facility and pleasant staff. However, I have no idea how they can justify $60 for a 40 min session. Wild…

I found perspire through a friend and I’m glad they showed me. It’s been a great way to decompress and relax along with getting some added health benefits! The team there has been extremely friendly, made every exceeding expectations.

My newest addiction! Excellent Service and attention to client requests/preferences. Cleanliness is constant. They actually note what you're watching and have it set where you left off when you return. Infra Red heat feels good on these bones. It's the best sweat you'll get without exercise. I'm a fan!
